Ulysses was founded in 2023 with a mission to steward the ocean for an abundant future.

We're a team of engineers and operators who have previously built championship-winning Formula 1 cars, satellites, space lasers, drones, underwater vehicles, hyperloops, and self-driving cars.

Today, we harness that expertise to create the next generation of low-cost, fully autonomous maritime robots that operate across both surface and subsea domains. Our first focus—seagrass restoration—has already demonstrated how this technology can accelerate planetary rewilding, and that's just the beginning.

By pioneering a new paradigm for ocean operations, we aim to tackle pressing challenges in climate resilience, global infrastructure buildout, maritime security, and more. Our vision is simple: transform how work is done at sea so that we can restore ocean health, sustain economic vitality, and advance human flourishing.
